OK so I did not win anything in the big Lotto Sucks Max draw – only 2 of my 7 numbers were picked. I am hoping that my 649 luck will be better.

I am looking at the winning 649 lottery numbers for the last 14 draws. I will divide the numbers into seven groups of seven numbers. I will use the false logic that some trends continue and some new trends will start. The random draw means that no logic is valid.

If we look at the first group of 7 and the first seven numbers – the draw looks like this: 0,3,1,0,0,0,1 (start at 20 Mar)

If we do the whole section (6 draws #’s) it looks like this:

April 5 & 6 2013 – 76 Million in Ontario Lottery Jackpots

It is time to think crazy again – like I can win the lottery.

I have 1 chance in 63 million to win the 5 dollar Lotto Max grand prize of 40 Million. So do I feel lucky – yeah right.

My strategy is to find four others with 1 dollar – I do not mind losing 1 dollar and besides dividing the grand prize of 40 million by 5 is still 8 million.

With 8 million I can buy a lot of sugar cookies and PC double chocolate chip cookies. With a VPN and 3 large screen TVs hooked up to the USA Net Flix , hula and the sports network I could weigh about 400 pounds in no time.

My lotto picks for Lotto Max for Friday April 6 are a guess – I look at what numbers have come up and chose some that are repeats – some recent some not for a while.

I use 1 to 6, 7 to 12, 13 to 18, 19 to 24, 25 to 30, 31 to 36, 37 to 42, and 43 to 47. This divides the numbers into 8 sections.

I like: 7, 17, 26, 37, 39, 40, 42, 47

This means there have been millions of losers for the past few weeks. Big prizes mean big losers.

So what kind of rational will I use this time.

It is just after Christmas – got the visa and amex bills – they are not going away on their own – having 20 or 30 million in the bank will mean that I never have to worry abount my credit card debt again.

I am getting ready to organize my taxes and then it hits me – I have 3 part time jobs – just to pay the bills – and really I am sliding backwards – not getting ahead – my industry is shrinking – the pay levels are declining each year as the recently un-employed from other professions are willing to take less in mine. Predictions are less work and less money for the next 10 years.

I have additional negative thoughts – Rob sent in a link to a computer program that simulates a lottery player’s experience. I played and it appears that I have to invest about $76 dollars to win 10. Check it out for yourself – the link is in the comments.

My strategy will be to find 6 other losers – buy one 6/49 ticket and one lotto max ticket. I can risk one dollar.

I wonder if this can be claimed as a tax deduction?

89 Million $ Lottery Prizes has My Attention

Yes it is that time again – when the huge size of the Lotto Max and 6/49 Grand prizes have acquired my attention.

Usually the 13.5 million to one and the 63 billion to one chance of winning common sense stops me from reaching into my pocket.

The emotional – yes someone has to win – why not me – be positive – think like a winner – part of my brain says – yeah why not – you have wasted far more time and money on less deserving financial projects.

So here we go again: the 6/49 grand prize for November 12, 2011 is 22 Million – The Lotto Max for November 18, 2011 is 50 Million plus 17 Million in extra prizes.

I will form some lottery groups and invest one dollar in part of some 6/49 and lotto Max tickets. To be honest I am happy with a quarter of the 22 or 50 Million dollar prizes. Losing 2 dollars is better than losing 7 dollars. If we win as a group then we will all have money and can enjoy the prize together. This is much better for long term happyness.

March 11 Lotto Max at 81 Million
