Lottery Ticket Problems Check your April 22 6/49 Tickets

The Canadian Press reports that 92 tickets were recalled due to incorrect dates making the tickets void. The OLG Lottery ticket problems are still being investigated so check your April 22 6/49 lotto tickets as this grand prize is worth 14 million.
Can you imagine finally picking the correct 649 lotto winning numbers and then find out that your ticket is void because of some stupid printing problem and you become a double “OLG” victim.
When you “google” Lottery Corporation Critics you get:
“For years the lottery corporations have been accused of being dumping grounds for political workers who work in the campaigns and are owed high paying cushy jobs as payment for their political work.”
“The lottery corporations have also been accused of using the expensive ad campaigns as “payment to the ad firms” that support the politicians.”
“The lottery corporations and distributers have been accused of fraud, theft, incompetance, complete disregard for elderly players, gambling addicts and the public at large.”
Maybe it is time to stop treating the lottery corporations as a political piggy bank and operate it like a real business and put the lottery surplus to good purposes instead of rewarding political insiders.
Maybe it is time for the Auditor General and/or Attorney General for the Feds and Provinces to go in with the power to arrest and lay charges. It would start to clear the air.
