For the July 11 draw picked 1 frozen, 2 cool, 2 average and 1 hot 649 lottery number. You can see it was 2 cool and 4 average numbers – the lottery really likes to make our guesses look foolish.

If we win the 32 million we will spend holiday time at Canada’s natural wonders: Niagara Falls, Banff, Whistler BC and maybe go on the Montreal to Quebec Charlottetown Halifax Boston New York cruise and try to see the whales.

We are looking at the past – always a mistake – there does not seem to be any pattern so the old random guess trying to predict the random draw may not be the best – but it is free – so we will put up our 2 buck entertainment expense and dream about winning.

The Grand Prize and Final Draws Deadline: Midnight Friday, July 3, 2009 and the Grand Prize and Final Draws: July 27-29, 2009

The lottery is intended for Ontario residents. Tickets can not be mailed to addresses outside of Ontario, purchasers must be IN the province of Ontario to purchase tickets.

Odds are calculated by dividing the number of tickets available by the number of prizes to be awarded. The odds of winning are approx 1 in 3. Every ticket is eligible for each draw. Number of tickets sold and printed – 76,900 will be sold and 3,845 will be awarded as Early Bird prizes, for a total of 80,745. The total number of prizes to be awarded is 23,449.

Tickets are $100 each. Packages of three tickets are available for $250 each and packages of six tickets are $450 each. According to Canada Revenue Agency regulations, charity lottery ticket purchases are considered entertainment, not a direct donation, Therefore no tax receipt for ticket purchases.
